C47 Skaven Greyseer Gnawdoom. Painted this guy ages ago but was going through my Skaven and thought he deserved an updated photo. I imagine the elite grey seers live in crumbling decrepit warrens apart from the lesser Skaven riff raff- living a life of corrupt decadence. They assume the trappings of the aristocracy, lounging on velvet cushions, dining on exotic delicacies, and dressing in the finest silk robes. However these luxuries are all rotten, moldy, ragged, and festering- putrid discarded waste from the world above. Was trying to capture a Skeksis mood from the Dark Crystal. Such a great mini. That pose and the details- the tattered robes, the key, the orb, the horns, what a classic!
